FRUITULUS LUPULUS
5.9% ABV | 20 IBU
Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Vic Secret
Malts: Trad Ale, Rolled Oats
Fruitulus Lupulus is Indian Ocean’s answer to hops!! More hops! New England IPA is a new world beer epitomised. Our neipa is brewed with an unwholesome amount of hops added to the ferment and dry hop. Resulting in a beer bursting with hop aroma and flavour. Fruitulus Lupulus finishes with the lightest of bitterness, allowing all the stone fruit, orange and mango juice characters to sit front and centre.
STREET BEER
3.8% ABV | 12 IBU
Hops: Vic Secret
Malts: German Pils, Golden Promise, Sushi Rice
A modern Australian take on the Vietnamese Bia Hoi, this beer incorporates 100% Australian hops. This is complemented by subtle stone fruit flavours for the delicate malt and sushi rice flavours… great with any seafood and Asian ‘hawker’ foods”.

Indi Draught is a full flavoured, full strength draught beer with a difference. fermented cold, free from sugars, preservatives and extracts, brewed with 10% Australian malt and 100% natural Australian hops.
GINGER BEER
3.5% ABV
Our refreshing Ginger Beer is a well-rounded mid strength offering. It’s got plenty of ginger spice, mild sweetness and a zesty clean finish.
PALE ALE
5.2% ABV | 36 IBU
Hops: Mosaic, Eureka, Cascade
Malts: Traditional Ale, Golden Promise, Munich Malt, Wheat Malt
The Indi’s Pale Ale is the brewery’s favourite beer. Golden in colour, the ale incorporates a generous hop aroma and a bold, balanced bitterness. This is an award-winning brew that all craft beer drinkers love.
SUNDOWNER LAGER

Flavour Changes Seasonally
Apples grow seasonally, which means the thirst-quenching Sundowner Cider changes from season to season as well. The subtle variation in the flavour is a unique characteristic of this Western Australian cider. Made from freshly pressed apples from Western Australia.
EXPORT LAGER
4.7% ABV | 20 IBU
Hops: Perle, Aramis
Malts: German Pils, Carapils, Munich Malt
Why re-invent the wheel? This is a classic German lager and proud of it! You will love the subtle spicy and herbal hop bitterness, mixed with a clean and easy-going malt flavour.
SMALL BATCH
Our brewers love to experiment. As a result, every eight to ten weeks the team brings out a new beer. Sometime the beers that receive a lot of love will get a second go around, but usually it’s something completely new.
We delve into the new world, brewing a host of innovative styles, from New England IPAs to barrel-aged sour beers and everything in between. The beer are released in a first-in-best-dressed fashion, so if you like something, let us know ASAP and we’ll make sure you don’t miss out.
DOUBLE FRUITULUS
7.8% ABV | 40 IBU
Hops: First Gold
Malts: German Amarillo, Citra, HPA016
Yeast: Verdant IPA
Fruitulus turned up to eleven! Strong in alcohol, strong in aromatics & strong in flavour. This ‘Quadrupel dry hopped’ DIPA got a whopping 20G/L giving it prominent notes of melon, mandarin & pineapple. With a pillowy soft mouthfeel from generous oat & wheat, this ale will stick around on your taste buds for longer than the batch lasts on tap.
