First designed in Canada in 2005, the Brewery has been recently upgraded. Since then, the capacity of production per annum has nearly doubled, with the two brewers now able to produce over 250,000L a year.
Each batch is hand crafted with manual valves and hoses, which mean that the beers are always a reflection of the skilled professionals we have on the tools. Each day you can pop into the brewpub to see, hear and smell the brewery process going on.
